  • (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)

  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Parboil konjac as written on the package to remove the scam.
  2. 1. Make some cuts of 0.2-inch wide grid on both sides of konjac and cut it into 0.6-inch squares.
  3. 2. Add sesame oil to the heated pan, add Step 1, and stir-fry until browned.
  4. 3. Add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates, then remove from the heat, serve it on a plate, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

We use Japanese versatile dashi base (shiro-dashi) type that is 10 times concentrated. The flavor and intensity of shiro-dashi differ depending on the type, so please use the amount on the package as a guide and adjust to your preference. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
