  • Potato

  • Ham
    50 g
  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
  • Shredded seaweed
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the sprouts and peel the potatoes. Remove the thin skin from salted pollack roe and break it up.
  2. 1. Cut potatoes into chunks. Cut the ham into 0.4-inch wide strips.
  3. 2. Place the potatoes from Step 1 in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
  4. 3. Mash with a spoon and mix in the salted pollack roe, ham and ingredient (A) seasoning.
  5. 4. Serve on a bowl, top with shredded seaweed, then it is ready.
