  • Japanese worcestershire sauce

  • Curry powder
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Water
    2 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut carrot into stripes. Slice onion thinly.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, curry powder and Step 1, and stir fry until it has softened.
  3. 3. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and water into Step 2 and mix well. In addition to that, add Japanese Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  4. 4. Arrange on a plate to serve the dish.

Tips for cooking

You can add sauce that comes with yakisoba noodles instead of Japanese Worcestershire sauce. Adjust the amount of curry powder as you like.
