  3. 2. Pour 1/8 of Step 1 mixture into a pan and cook both sides for about 2 minutes until cooked through, then let cool. Cook the remaining in the same way to cook 8 pieces, but gradually in a smaller size.
  4. 3. Add whipping cream (heavy cream) and sugar in a bowl, inside a bowl with ice water, and use a hand mixer to form firm peaks.
  5. 4. Leave 1 piece of strawberries and slice the rest of them thinly. Cut the remaining 1 piece in half and cut out into a star shape.
  6. 5. Coarsely chop mangoes.
  7. 6. On a plate, place 1 piece of Step 2, Step 3, and Step 4 that thinly sliced, then layer the rest in the same way, and place the die cut Step 4 on top.
  8. 7. Decorate with chervil, Step 5, and mixed berries and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

We use 100% rice flour without added sugar or flour. We recommend plain soymilk, which makes the dough fluffy and bouncy, but you can use milk instead. If you don't have a hand mixer, whisk well with a whisk.
