  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Honey
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Add sesame oil to the heated pan, add chicken tender, and cook both sides over medium heat.
  2. 2. When Step 1 is cooked through, turn off the heat and break the meat finely with a fork.
  3. 3. Add ingredient (A) and simmer over medium heat until the liquid is reduced.
  4. 4. Once the liquid evaporates, pour over the white sesame seeds and mix to complete the dish.

Tips for cooking

Break chicken tender as finely as you can. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
