  • (A)Soy sauce
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut the lemon into 0.2-inch wide quarter rounds.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
  3. 3. Put ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix together.
  4. 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, and cook Step 2 from the skin side.
  5. 5. When both sides are browned, add cooking sake and Step 1, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat until chicken thighs are cooked through.
