    400 ml
  • Silk tofu
    100 g
  • Beaten eggs

  • Miso
    2 tsp
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    2 g

How to make

  1. 1. Cut silk tofu into 0.8-inch cubes.
  2. 2. Add water to a pot and heat over medium. When it boils, add Step 1 and pour the beaten egg.
  3. 3. When the egg is cooked through, continue to heat, add Japanese-style granulated soup stock, dissolve miso, then remove from heat.
  4. 4. Sprinkle some konegi (young green onion) over the bowl and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
