  • Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Frying oil

  • Green leaf lettuce

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove tendon from chicken tenders.
  2. 1. Put the chicken tenders in a bowl, rub in ingredient (A) and coat with starch.
  3. 2. Pour frying oil 1-inch from the bottom of the pan, heat to 170°C (340°F) and add Step 1. Fry the chicken tenders for about 3 minutes until cooked and crispy, then drain the oil.
  4. 3. Add the sauce ingredients to a pan, mix together, and heat over medium heat. Once the sugar has melted, add the ingredients from Step 2 and remove from the heat once the seasoning is combined.
  5. 4. Serve on a plate with green leaf lettuce, garnish with lemon and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. You can make it deliciously with chicken breast instead of chicken tenders.
