  • Ground beef and pork mix

  • Onion

  • Canned diced tomatoes
    200 g
  • Curry mix (Curry roux)
    40 g
  • (A)Ketchup
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Salted butter
    10 g

How to make

  1. 1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, melt the salted butter and stir-fry Step 1.
  3. 3. When the onion is cooked, add the ground beef and pork mix and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. When the ground beef and pork mix is cooked, add the canned diced tomatoes, mix together, and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes while mixing with a wooden spatula.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the curry roux. When the curry roux is well melted, add ingredient (A) and mix it together. Remove from the heat when it is fully absorbed.
  6. 6. Place the rice on a plate, pour over step 5 and it is ready.

Tips for cooking

After adding the canned tomatoes in Step 4, heat the tomatoes while mixing with a wooden spatula to crush the tomatoes. We make this without a lid to evaporate the moisture.
