  • (A)Sugar

  • Salted butter
    20 g
  • Sauce
  • Marmalade jam
    3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    1.5 tbsp
  • Toppings
  • Powdered sugar
    as needed
  • Strawberry
    as needed
  • Mint
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Combine the marmalade jam and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  2. 2. Cut the croissants horizontally into half.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into a flat container, beat it, add ingredient (A) and mix.
  4. 4. Dip the croissant from Step 2 into the egg mixture from Step 3.
  5. 5. Add butter to pan and cook over medium heat until the croissant from Step 4 browns.
  6. 6. Place Step 5 on a plate, garnish with the sauce and toppings and it's done!

Tips for cooking

If you soak too much during Step 4, it will become too soft and the finished look and texture will be too loose, so please be careful. You can use unsalted butter instead of salted butter.
