  • (A)Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Japanese butterbur (Fuki) boiled in water
    100 g
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • Thin fried tofu (Inarizushi skin)
    8 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Drain Japanese butterbur (fuki) boiled in water.
  2. 1. Mince fuki boiled in water.
  3. 2. Add ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.
  4. 3. Put the rice, Step 1, Step 2, and white roasted sesame seeds in a separate bowl, mix together as you're cutting it, then divide into 8 equal parts.
  5. 4. Fill thin fried tofu (inarizushi skin) with Step 3, serve on a plate, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of vinegar and sugar to your liking. In Step 3, when you add sushi rice to your inarizushi skin, be careful not to overstuff it so that the rice will not be pressed and have a better rice texture.
