Tips for cooking

Please fully use the green part of the Japanese leek you cut off. The green part has a stronger aroma than the white part, so we recommend it. When you arrange Japanese leeks in a skillet pot, try not to spread them as much as possible, so that it looks beautiful. We used a 7-inch diameter skillet. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. *Detailed instructions on raw eggs to be added.
