  • Chinese noodles
    1 head(s)
  • Hot water
    as needed
  • Pork belly
    100 g
  • Bean sprouts
    100 g
  • Soup
  • Water
    500 ml
  • Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tsp
  • Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut the pork belly into 0.8-inch wide pieces.
  2. 2. Add Step 1 to a pot heated over medium heat and stir-fry. When the color changes, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the soup ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute and remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Put the Chinese noodles in a separate pot of boiling water, boil them as the package indicates, then drain off the water in a strainer.
  5. 5. Put Step 4 in a bowl, pour Step 3 in, top with the young green onions (konegi), and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Please use your favorite Chinese noodles. Pork belly can be substituted for your favorite part. You can substitute Japanese leeks for young green onion (konegi).
