  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    3 tbsp
  • (A)Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Add water in a pot and boil, add quail eggs, and boil for 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Cool them in cold water and peel off the shell.
  3. 3. Put (A) in a separate pot over medium heat, and when it boils, add Step 2 and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from the heat.
  4. 4. When it cools down, put it in a zippered storage bag, let it sit on a refrigerator for about 30 minutes, drain the liquid, arrange on a plate, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of grated garlic to your taste. You can make it with quail eggs boiled in water that is available in stores.
