  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)

  • Japanese worcestershire sauce

How to make

  1. Prepare. Finely chop the parsley and set aside.
  2. 1. Cut eryngii mushroom in half, cut in 0.4-inch width, then cut it in half lengthwise. Slice Japanese sausage diagonally to 0.4-inch width. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. 2. Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
  4. 3. Add cooking oil and grated garlic to a pan and cook over medium heat until fragrant.
  5. 4. Add Step 1 and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
  6. 5. Add Step 2 and cook over medium heat until all the flavors are blended, then remove from the heat.
