  • (A)Miso
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tsp
  • (A)Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • (A)Seven flavor chili pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the stems of shimeji and maitake mushrooms.
  2. 1. Break up the shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and eryngii mushrooms with your hands.
  3. 2. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well.
