  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel carrots and set aside.
  2. 1. Cut cabbage into chunks. Cut carrots into stripes.
  3. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry hashed pork.
  4. 3. When the color changes, add Step 1 and bean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  5. 4. When carrots become soft, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba), add cooking sake, and stir-fry over medium heat while loosening the noodles.

Tips for cooking

Adding cooking sake in Step 4 helps to loosen noodles and remove the smell of ingredients. You can enjoy yakisoba with mayonnaise or dried green seaweed flakes (aonori) as a topping to your taste.
