  • Sliced cheese

  • Loin ham

  • Beaten eggs

  • Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    1/4 tsp
  • Salted butter
    5 g
  • Toppings
  • Coarsely ground black pepper

How to make

  1. 1. Put beaten eggs and granulated Japanese consomme soup stock in a tray and mix with a whisk. Add white bread and soak both sides for 5 minutes each.
  2. 2. Melt salted butter in the heated pan over low heat, put one of the breads in, then layer the sliced cheese, loin ham, and the other bread in order.
  3. 3. Cook over medium heat, then turn over when one side has browned, cook until both sides are nicely browned, then remove from heat.
  4. 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and it is ready!
