How to make

  1. 1. Make ketchup rice. Cut the onion and thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.2-inch cubes.
  2. 2. Add cooking oil to pan and heat over medium heat, stir-fry Step 1, once the onion is cooked, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry.
  3. 3. Add rice and stir-fry until well blended, season with ketchup and salt and pepper mix to adjust the taste, place it on a plate, and set aside.
  4. 4. Mix together the round and cute omelet ingredients, eggs, salt and pepper mix, and milk, then place it in a heat-resistant container covered with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 600 W.
  5. 5. Lightly loosen and mix when the omelet is half-cooked, add cheese for pizza, and loosely close the mouth of the plastic wrap, microwave for 20 seconds at 600 W, and leave it for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Top Step 5 on Step 3 and sprinkle with ketchup and parsley.

Tips for cooking

If you cut the ingredients of ketchup rice into smaller pieces, it won't fall apart when you serve it. Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. The omelet will have a softer finish by adding a little more milk. The second time you microwave it, just heat it slightly and let it cook with the residual heat to finish beautifully.
