  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stem of mizuna mustard greens and cut into 2-inch wide pieces.
  2. 2. Add pork belly to the boiling water and boil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water.
  3. 3. Add salt to the boiling water, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, then drain in iced water.
