    400 ml
  • Carrot
    50 g
  • Sweet potato
    100 g
  • Shimeji mushrooms
    50 g
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Peel and dice carrots. Dice sweet potatoes.
  2. 2. Remove hard tips from shimeji mushrooms and break them into pieces by hand.
  3. 3. Add water and Step 1 in a pot over medium heat.
  4. 4. When water comes to a boil, add Step 2 and Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring to a boil. After dissolving miso, remove from heat.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls, and it's ready to eat.
