How to make

  1. Prepare. Shred cabbage.
  2. 1. Cut an avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, cut a 0.8-inch square, and remove the skin.
  3. 2. Put dough ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  4. 3. Add ingredients for okonomiyaki and mix together.
  5. 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, pour in Step 3, and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned and cooked through about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
