  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    1/2 tbsp
  • Green shiso leaves
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Roughly chop the sweet pickled fresh seasonal ginger.
  2. 1. Put an ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well.
