Ingredients
3 onigiri

  • Pork belly
    6 sheets
  • Rice
    240 g
  • Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)
    3 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    2 tsp
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    a pinch

How to make

  1. 1. Separate rice into 3 equal pieces and wrap each of them in a plastic wrap, use hands to press and form a triangle.
  2. 2. Open up the pork belly and roll Step 1. Change the direction of it and roll it with another piece of pork belly.
  3. 3. In a pan with cooking oil, place the end of the roll of Step 2 face down and cook over high heat on all sides.
