  • (A)Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel carrots and set aside.
  2. 1. Shred carrots.
  3. 2. Cut off the hard tip of shiitake mushrooms, separate stems and caps, and tear stems by hands and slice caps thinly.
  4. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 1, Step 2, and hashed pork, and fry until the meat changes color.
  5. 4. Add (A) and stir-fry until the seasonings are thickened to half amount, then add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and stir-fry over medium heat so that the flavors blend well.

Tips for cooking
