  • Malabar spinach
    100 g
  • Batter
  • Tempura flour
    80 g
  • Water
    100 ml
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Salt
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the discolored part at the root of Malabar spinach.
  2. 1. Cut the Malabar spinach into 2-inch pieces and the thick part of the stem into 4 equal pieces.
  3. 2. Put batter ingredients into a bowl, mix them together, then add Step 1 and mix.
