How to make

  1. 1. Mince garlic.
  2. 2. Cut the lightly washed sliced kombu seaweed into bite-size pieces.
  3. 3. Add whole Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume) and Step 1 to a pan with sesame oil. Then, stir-fry over medium heat until the aroma comes out.
