  • Ponzu Sauce With Grated Daikon Radish
  • Daikon radish
    200 g
  • Ponzu sauce
    50 ml
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside.
  2. 1. Add bean sprouts, thinly sliced pork, and cooking sake to a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500 W for 8 minutes.
