  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stem of the eggplants, and slice them into 0.4-inch wide rounds. Cut pork loin into 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 1 and stir-fry.
