How to make

  1. 1. Cut off a core of cabbage and shred it. Coarsely chop oden daikon radish and square fishcake used in oden (oden hanpen).
  2. 2. Put Step 1, red pickled ginger and cake flour (pastry flour) into a bowl and mix them together. Once they are well blended, add an egg and oden broth and mix them together.
