  • Chinese noodles

  • Hot water
    as needed
  • Soup
  • Water
    400 ml
  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    2 tsp
  • Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Ham
    1 sheets
  • Soft-boiled egg
    1
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Add the soup ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl to cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the boiled egg in half.
  3. 3. Cut the ham into 4 equal pieces.
  4. 4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, and drain off the water. Soak in running water, let it cool, and drain off the water.
  5. 5. Serve Step 4 in a bowl, pour Step 1, top with Step 3, 2, and young green onions (konegi), and it is ready.
