Tips for cooking

This time we are using short sausages, so we are using a bamboo skewer, but if you're using a long sausage or Japanese fish meat sausage, cut it to fit the width of Japanese tamagoyaki omelet pan. We use sausages that can be eaten without heating. Please be aware that depending on your sausage, you may not be able to eat it without heating. Please consider food poisoning when carrying it in a lunch box and cook it in a hygienic environment. When carrying it, please put an ice pack on and store it in refrigerator or a cool place. If you need to heat something, please make sure to cook it well, let it cool down well, and remove excess liquid before packing it in your lunch box.
