  • (A)Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the roots of Japanese leek.
  2. 1. Cut Japanese leek diagonally to the width of 0.4-inch.
  3. 2. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 3. Put ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix well.
  5. 4. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry for about 7 minutes until chicken thigh is cooked through.
