  • Wheat gulten (Momiji-fu)
    2 g
  • Dried wakame seaweed
    2 g
  • Water
    as needed
  • Miso
    2 tsp
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Soak wakame seaweed in water according to the package directions and squeeze out the water.
  2. 2. Add water and wheat gluten (fu) in a pot, and heat over medium heat.
  3. 3. When water comes to a boil, add Step 1 and simmer over medium heat.
  4. 4. When it comes to a boil, add Japanese style granulated soup stock, add and dissolve miso, and remove from heat.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. Rehydrate wakame seaweed with water according to the package description.
