  • Tuna flakes marinated in oil
    70 g
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1.5 tbsp
  • Green shiso leaves
    8 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Drain the oil from the tuna flakes.
  2. 1. Cut off stems of green shiso leaves.
  3. 2. Remove the skin from spicy pollack roe with a spoon.
  4. 3. Add rice, Step 2, tuna flakes marinated in oil, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) in a bowl, then mix together.
  5. 4. Wrap it in plastic wrap and mold it into a 0.8-inch diameter cylinder, then cut it into 1-inch wide pieces.
