  • Seasoning Mix
  • Sake

  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • Starch
    1 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces with your hands.
  2. 2. Cut the onion into 0.2-inch pieces and the chicken thighs into 6 equal pieces.
  3. 3. Mix the seasoning ingredients and Step 2 in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the chicken thighs in a microwave oven at 600 W for 5 minutes until cooked through.
  5. 5. Place Step 1 and 4 on a plate, cover with young green onions (konegi), and it is ready.
