  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • Chicken breast
    100 g
  • Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)
    2
  • Lemon
    4 sheets
  • (A)Lemon juice
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    1/3 tsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the stems and seeds from the green bell peppers and cut into thin stripes.
  2. 2. Cut lemon into round slices, then cut them into quarters.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook Step 3 until browned on both sides.
  5. 5. Add Step 1, stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, and stir-fry while loosening the noodles so that the oil will coat well entirely.
  6. 6. Add (A) and Step 2, and stir-fry until all the flavors are well blended, and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. We put cooking sake to loosen the noodles, but you can loosen them with water.
