  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Salad oil

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the roots of Japanese leeks and young green onion (konegi).
  2. 1. Slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
  3. 2. Slice the konegi into small pieces.
  4. 3. Mix dough ingredients in a bowl, then add Step 1 and mix together.
  5. 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, pour in Step 3, and top with pork belly.
  6. 5. When the pork is browned, turn it over and continue cooking over medium heat.
  7. 6. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat.
  8. 7. Serve it on a plate, add okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, top it with Step 2, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking
