  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Water
    40 ml
  • Lemon

  • Chicken tender

  • (A)Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • (B)Rosemary
    1/2 tsp
  • (B)Salted rice malt (Shio-koji)
    1 tsp
  • Basil
    5 g

How to make

  1. Prepare. Tear basil with your hands.
  2. 1. Cut a lemon into quarters. Cut chicken tenders into bite-size pieces.
  3. 2. Heat an ingredient (A) in a pan over medium heat. When the garlic is fragrant, fry the chicken tenders.
  4. 3. When the chicken tenders change color, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and water and mix well.
  5. 4. When the yakisoba loosens, add an ingredient (B) and stir-fry.
  6. 5. When well-mixed, turn off the heat, mix with the lemon, and place on a plate. Add the basil, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Adjust the saltiness and spiciness to your liking. You can substitute salt for salted rice malt (shio-koji). You can also add dried herbs at home if you like.
