  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise

  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the stem and seeds of green bell peppers, cut in half, and cut into 0.2-inch pieces. Peel onion and cut into 0.2-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Add (A) in a bowl and mix well.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 2, sprinkle with salt and pepper mix, and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. 5. Add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat until the onion is softened.
  6. 6. Add Step 3 and stir-fry over medium heat until mixed well. When the chicken thighs are cooked and the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat, place on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
