    200 g
  • White pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil
    2 tsp
  • (A)Panko-breadcrumbs
    10 g
  • (A)Powdered cheese
    6 g
  • (A)Basil
    1/3 tsp
  • (A)Parsley
    1/3 tsp
  • Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil
    2 tbsp
  • Garnish
  • Mesclun greens
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Put ingredient (A) into a tray and mix.
  2. 2. Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with white pepper, coat with olive oil, and sprinkle with Step 1.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil and grated garlic in pan over low heat, and when the garlic starts to smell, turn down the skin of Step 2 and cook over medium heat.
  4. 4. When it browns, flip it and cook over medium heat, then remove from heat when it's cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve in a dish, garnish with mesclun greens, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Since powdered cheese is added to the panko-breadcrumbs, please be careful not to burn it when baking.
