  • Shimeji mushrooms
    50 g
  • Enoki mushroom
    50 g
  • Onion
    50 g
  • Garlic
    1
  • Thin-sliced half sized bacon
    4 sheets
  • (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1 three finger pinch tsp
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Powdered cheese
    1/2 tbsp
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Loosen stir fry noodles (Yakisoba).
  2. 1. Cut off stems of shimeji and enoki mushrooms and break them up with your hands. Thinly slice onion.
  3. 2. Chop garlic.
  4. 3. Cut thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.4-inch pieces.
  5. 4. Put olive oil and Step 2 into a pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry until fragrant, then add Step 1 and 3 and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  6. 5. When the onion softens, add the yakisoba noodles and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute to loosen everything.
  7. 6. Add an ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until the flavors are absorbed. Remove from heat.
  8. 7. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with powdered cheese and parsley, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

If you heat stir fry noodles (yakisoba) in the microwave for about 1 minute, they will loosen easily. You can substitute any mushroom you like. Please adjust the seasonings as you like.
