  • Pork loin
    12 sheets
  • (A)Salt

  • (A)Black pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • Cabbage
    250 g
  • Onion
    1/2
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    20 g
  • Beaten eggs
    1
  • Panko-breadcrumbs
    50 g
  • Frying oil
    as needed

  • Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce

How to make

  1. 1. Shred the cabbage. Thinly slice the onion.
  2. 2. Sprinkle (A) on the pork loin.
  3. 3. Layer 2 pieces of Step 2 in 0.4-inch apart, top with Step 1, and roll. Spread 1 more piece of Step 2 and wrap.
  4. 4. Coat in the order of cake flour (pastry flour), beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Make 3 pieces in the same way.
  5. 5. Pour 2-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, heat to 170℃ (338°F), and add Step 4. Deep-fry for about 4 minutes, and when the pork loin is cooked, drain the oil.
  6. 6. Arrange on a plate, serve with garnish, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can also substitute pork loin to your favorite pork.
