    80 g
  • Onion
    30 g
  • Chinese chive
    20 g
  • Hot water
    500 ml
  • (A)Miso
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Red miso
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Gochujang
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Fried onions
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1 three finger pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stems of wood ear mushrooms and cut them into bite-size pieces.
  2. 2. Chop onions finely.
  3. 3. Cut Chinese chives into 0.8-inch pieces.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add thinly sliced pork and stir-fry, and when the color changes, add Step 2.
  5. 5. When the onions become transparent, add hot water, ingredient (A), and Step 1, and heat.
  6. 6. Add Step 3, mix, and remove from heat when it comes to a boil.
  7. 7. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain.
