    30 g
  • Deep fried tempura bits (Tenkasu)
    3 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    2 tsp
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    1 tsp
  • Garnish
  • Green shiso leaves
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Mince yellow pickled daikon radish.
  2. 2. Add rice, Step 1, tempura bits, konegi (young green onion), and (A) into a bowl, and mix gently to blend the taste.
  3. 3. Divide into 4 equal parts, wrap each with plastic wrap, and make them into a triangle shape.
  4. 4. Remove plastic wrap, place on a plate with green shiso leaves, and serve.
