How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the stem from the cucumber. Cut off the stem of the green shiso leaves. Cut the nori seaweed in half.
  2. 1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and divide into 4 equal pieces. Cut the green shiso leaves in half. Cut the avocado into 4 equal pieces. Break up the imitation crab.
  3. 2. Cut the tuna and salmon into 0.2-inch pieces.
  4. 3. Make the vinegared rice. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.
  5. 4. Add Step 3 to the rice, mix as if cutting, and let it cool.
