  • Chicken thigh
    300 g
  • Base Seasoning
  • Cooking sake
    3 tbsp
  • Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Sugar
    1/2 tsp
  • Coarsely ground black pepper
    1/3 tsp
  • Starch
    4 tbsp
  • Frill lettuce
    2 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Add the chicken and base seasoning ingredients into a zipper storage bag, rub them together well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the liquid and cover with starch.
  4. 4. Pour 3 cm of frying oil in depth from the bottom of pan, heat to 180°C and add the chicken prepared in Step 3. Fry for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown and is cooked through, then drain the oil.
  5. 5. Put it on a frill lettuce placed on a plate and it is ready!

Tips for cooking

The chicken thighs can be substituted with chicken breast. You can adjust the marinating time to your liking. If you add some sugar, it will make the texture softer. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
