  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • Starch
    3 tbsp
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • (B)Salt
    a pinch
  • (B)Black pepper
    a pinch

How to make

  1. 1. Pierce the skin of the chicken wings with a fork.
  2. 2. Add the chicken wings from 1 and ingredient (A) into a zipper storage bag, rub it together, and leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chicken wings from Step 2 and starch into the cooking tray and cover it.
  4. 4. Pour frying oil from a pan until it reaches about 4cm (2-inch) from the bottom, heat to 170°C, and add the chicken wings from Step 3. Fry for about 7 minutes until it is cooked through, then drain the oil.
  5. 5. Sprinkle ingredient (B) over, and it's done!

You can adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. You can make it with chicken drumstick or other chicken wing parts.
