  • Thin-sliced half sized bacon
    4 sheets
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • (A)Water
    400 ml
  • Miso
    1.5 tbsp
  • Salt-free butter
    5 g

How to make

  1. 1. Cut thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.2-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Add (A) into a pot and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium once it boils, and add 1.
  4. 4. Add and dissolve miso, turn off the heat, add Step 2 and butter, and mix lightly.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls, and it's ready to eat.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of miso to your taste. Please use your favorite kind of miso. You can also use thinly sliced sausage instead of bacon.
