  • Seasoning
  • Sake
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Garnish
  • Lettuce
    3 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Coat the chicken wings evenly and thinly with cake flour (pastry flour).
  2. 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat and cook Step 1.
  3. 3. Once Step 2 has browned nicely on both sides and cooked through, add the seasonings and remove from the heat once the flavors have settled.
  4. 4. Place the lettuce on a plate and top with Step 3, then it is ready.
